The search committee is pleased to announce our settled pastor. Matthew (Matt) Ricks, his wife, Lisa, and their daughters Macey, and Cadyn. A congregational meeting was held immediately following worship on Sunday, November 26, to vote on a call. The vote was unanimously approved. Pastor Matt began his position at First Christian on Sunday, February 18, 2024.

His family will be relocating to Florence once the school year has ended. Lisa is a teacher and Macey and Cadyn are both finishing this school year at their present schools. We look forward to having them here in our congregation!
